I spent some quality bonding time with Sheppard, at Brian Head. He hung out with me during my flat tire change then we shot the breeze for a while as I tried to catch up. Later I saw him on the course in the middle of a climb, yelling at people with a euro accent, "go faster" "pick it up" he then gave me a much needed push from behind.
Ya, we're tight.
What a great vid. I haven't seen Chris in years, still hilarious.
