That is a big day. I thought I had a big day with 3 hours and 4100 feet of climbing.
nothing beats Millcreek before the gate opens. I agree on PC starting July 1st, but then you can have them both!
What program is that? My motionbased subscription is about to expire and they have not been very reliable lately.
5 1/2 hour ride and only 165 max heart rate...you sir are in great shape!!!
