@53 miles in 4 hours, 10 or so miles on dirt in corner canyon. EQ up to shoreline, Steps trail-Creek View loop a few times. Awesome shape.

Your road to dirt ratio is way out of whack. Something aint right.
Nice job. We did that same thing only on road bikes and went to the top of Suncrest instead. 54.5 miles seems like a lot this time of year, even on a speedy road bike.
