I saw Faceshot doing some training up Emigration yesterday. He will be drinking the blood of his rivals soon enough.
Me on the other hand, I had a feeble attempt at 4 sets of 90 at certain wattage. Emigration is bad for that, too much rolling terrain and not enough straight up.

"Training" implies that there is a set goal or accomplishment one is working toward. So, I suppose I was "training." My goal was to make it home alive.
we saw him at the zoo, that means bart was 5 mins ahead of him and we were 20 mins ahead of you. we means me pacing ali g. puttin time in the pain cave,... twice a week.
